Ethical guidelines

Bredengen has established clear ethical guidelines that form the basis of our operations. We ensure that these guidelines uphold high standards of business ethics, respect for human rights, and environmental considerations. We expect all employees and partners to adhere to these guidelines and act in line with our shared values. The guidelines strengthen our ability to conduct business in a responsible and sustainable manner.

1. Respect for Human Rights 

At Bredengen, we commit to respecting and supporting all human rights, including labor rights, equality, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the right to a safe workplace, and the right to privacy. 

2. Prohibition of Discrimination 

We shall not discriminate against anyone based on age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. 

3. Responsible Environmental Practices 

Both the company and its employees shall follow responsible environmental practices, taking environmental considerations into account in all business decisions and activities. This includes minimizing emissions, waste, and resource consumption. 

4. Conflict of Interest 

We must always avoid situations where personal interests may influence business decisions. Employees are required to report any potential conflicts of interest to management under all circumstances 

5. Privacy Protection 

We shall protect personal data and privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 

6. Social Responsibility 

We take social responsibility seriously and contribute to society through donations, voluntary work, and other initiatives. 

7. Reporting Injustice 

Management and Bredengen as a whole shall encourage the reporting of injustice, violations of ethical guidelines, or any other concerns, without fear of retaliation.
