This privacy statement explains and clarifies your rights regarding our processing of your personal data and how you may exercise these rights.

By ordering a product, you enter into an agreement with Bredengen. As a result, we process your personal information for the purpose of managing the purchase order, and to deliver the product or service you may have ordered. In addition to processing your personal information in order to complete an order or purchase, Bredengen may use your personal data for other purposes based on other legal reasons, as set out below.

If you are a registered customer at Bredengen or with any of our digital services, your personal data will be stored until you cancel your membership or unsubscribe from our services, or no later than ten years after your last purchase. This does not apply of we need to store your personal data for a long time due to any of the reasons listed below.

Personal information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, invoice and delivery information) sent to Bredengen in connection with an order or purchase of our products is stored for as long as necessary as outlined in our agreement with you. This includes, among other things, fulfilment of delivery or warranty obligations.

Bredengen stores all documentation that constitutes accounting information in accordance with current accounting legislation.

In cases where we process your personal data based on your consent, we will only store your data until your consent is withdrawn.

Personal information about our customers is an important aspect of Bredengen’s business. We only process personal data as outlined below.

Bredengen’s website uses cookies. Cookies are needed primarily for the functionality of our services, to help us improve our delivery of products and services, to provide you with additional functionality, or to help us provide you with relevant and customised advertising/marketing. Furthermore, Bredengen uses third-party cookies from Google Analytics to investigate how to adapt and develop the information on Bredengen’s website in the best possible way.
